Just some cute April moments...

Molls stretching out in her big girl car seat! Such a lady-like pose :)

Molly found a new love...chairs!

Still has her old love though of the pantry :)

Getting all ready to give Mommy her diaper after a nice bath...clean babies are so nice!

Our beautiful ballerina! Emily had her 1st ballet/tap recital and was the hit of the night! She got so many compliments from audience members and did a great job and had a blast :)

Easter Eggstravaganza :)

We had a great time this year for Easter and took advantage of all of the easter egg hunts that were offered in our area. We started with a hunt put on by our neighborhood, which was a nice introduction for Molly since it was small and simple! Then we did something a little different and participated in the North County Pool egg hunt in the wading pool! It was a lot of fun, but went by really fast with all the floating eggs pretty much staying in one place! (pics from that hunt are on a friends camera) Sebastian had a big egg hunt event by the park with games, singing, dancing, hunting and the Easter Bunny. We thought we were going to be rained out at that one, but luckily only needed our umbrellas for a bit. Finally we had our easter at the house with the visit from the Easter Bunny and a hunt for Emily. I can only imagine what it will all be like next year!

Its Fair Time!

Riding on the Merry Go Round...1st ride of the evening

Emily had been so excited to ride down the Potato Sack Slide with Daddy. She had been looking forward to it all week. She flew down that thing!!

This was the Construction Zone ride that Emily got to ride all by herself. She was singing a song the entire time the ride was moving and smiling away.

The Swings! I was so excited to take Emily on this ride because it was always my favorite when I was little. She never stopped smiling during the entire ride and informed me that you can kick your feet around and scream and laugh as much as you want!

We ended our evening at the fair with a trip on the Ferris Wheel. We had a great time and next year will definitely be purchasing the tickets ahead of time and using the armband night of unlimited rides!

Let's go fly a kite.....

We decided to get a kite for Emily and spent a gorgeous Sunday morning flying it. She had a great time and can't wait to do it again!

Fun in the Pantry!

Someone has discovered the pantry and all the fun that it can bring :) Molly loves taking Emily's snacks out of the basket, placing them on the shelf and back to the basket to do it all over again. Obviously it requires a little tasting too :)

Where's there a will, there's a way :)

I so enjoyed watching her little mind work, along with those busy legs...trying to figure out how to get the spoon!

The next Ebert or Roeper??

Molly has found a new fascination of pulling the basket of movies out and going thru every one, as if she is looking for the best choice. Perhaps instead of a thumbs up or down, it has to go thru a taste test!! :)

Dressed to the nines!

So the other day I was putting Molly down for a morning nap and caught this image of Emily out of the corner of my eye. I had to double back and check if that was what I thought I saw...yes apparently you have to be dressed up from head to toe to go potty!! There were earrings, necklaces, sunglasses, and ballet shoes completing the event :)

Yummo Cherrios from Santa in my stocking!! Can I have them now?? :)

Nana and Poppy brought Emily a pony from Texas!! :) She named her Sarah...interesting horse name :)

My Christmas Darlings...

This Christmas was so much fun with both of the girls. Its always exciting to see a baby's first Christmas, see them attack the wrapping paper and ribbons and just smile and drool the day away. With Emily it is so exciting to see how much she enjoys the holidays and being around all of the family. This year she wanted to pick out people's presents all by herself...a watch for Mommy, the Batman and Indiana Jones movies for Daddy and a blowup penguin for Molly. Some of her other picks for the family included spongebob golf balls, seashell flip flops, snowflake slippers, a scuba diving picture book, pajamas, and different color tea!! Cant wait for next year and all the fun with the girls!!!

Here's some more....
